Here is the menu for the upcoming Zenbu dinner that you don’t want to miss:
- 1st Course: Kabocha Squash, Lotus Root, Snow Pea and Dashi
- 2nd Course: Applewood Smoked Sea Scallop, Pea Wasabi Puree, Micro Greens and Salmon Roe
- 3rd Course: Seared Oregon Coast Albacore, Ponzu Jelly, Daikon, Garlic Chips and Green Onion
- 4th Course: Congee, Chicken and Uni

Here at The Portland Bottle Shop, we have strategically set up our shop so that it can easily convert into a private event space. What better way to celebrate someone’s birthday or anniversary than with a private tasting. Or, bring together clients for an appreciation event. We can create the perfect menu to pair with your wine and beer from our selection of meats, cheeses, and specialty menu items, and we will also work with local catering companies if you would prefer a larger food selection.
