Huge, huge shout out to Anthony, of Tabla, for the fantastic pairing dinner last night! Everyone was completely beside themselves with the quality of the food and wine. The blend of textures and flavors was nothing short of phenomenal. I believe my favorite pairing was the chicken leg confit with the Zweiglet, but a lot of people said that the beef short ribs and St. Joseph was the best they had ever had. I can’t begin to describe the meal, you really just had to be here. Hopefully we can have Anthony back again later this year for another amazing pairing event.
